Shipment Charges and Information

Shipments are sent out UPS from our supplier(s). Freight charges are determined by weight and point of origin. For all orders under $10, there is a small order handling fee of $3 added to the total. For orders under $20, a small order handling fee of $2 will be added.

We ask that you pay close attention to the shipping information as you submit each order. UPS charges a $10 correction fee if they have to adjust anything on the shipping label (ie - Street Number, Zip Code, etc.). If this fee is incurred by Survive Smart!, we will be passing it onto you unless the error was made on our part.

We ship all orders as soon as possible. We often are able to make next day shipments for no additional charge. Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer or distributor by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.

All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.

Shipments going to Canada will have an additional customs charge not handled by It will be the customer's responsibility to find out the customs charges for shipments going out of the USA.

Be aware that any order going to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii will have an additional charge of $15 - $35 to cover extra shipping fees that our website is not able to calculate. Your order(s) will not be submitted to the warehouse until the extra shipping costs have been paid for.


Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by the manufacturer. All shortages must be reported within 30 days as well. If the item(s) is defective, the manufacturer will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire order. Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customerís responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100. If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise: the shipping charges will not be refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.

Any order placed on a credit/debit card that is canceled before it ships out will have an 8% cancellation fee deducted from the refund. If the order has shipped before we were able to cancel it, then the return policy mentioned above will be applied.
